Shipping

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
